This online video appointment is completely free. This is designed to find out if you are suitable for treatment and if we can help you or if your situation is better managed by different services, such as your own GP or a different medical specialist. We will always address your ideas concerns and expectations. We will never pressure you into any kind of treatment and believe in patient choice and autonomy. 

We feel this is a worthy use of time and ultimately leads to much greater patient satisfaction. As such we require all new patients to have this regardless of the treatment desired. 

If this video assessment is regarding Botox, it must be noted that a face to face assessment is also required and is a GMC requirement. This assessment is included in the cost of any treatment. The video assessment will serve to provide initial information and suitability only.
